Villa Wisteria is a newly built, traditional stone villa. One of a small number of houses overlooking the old village of Durban, Villa Wisteria sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sunny sitting area has a flat screen television, comfortable sofas and a fireplace. A large dining room table with 6 chairs completes the area. The fully equipped kitchen tends to your every culinary need and includes a dishwasher and microwave. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped with every modern convenience and one of the few houses with ceiling fans in every room, Villa Wisteria is your perfect home away from home. Complete with private pool with terrace and a beautifully manicured garden with stunning views of the surrounding vineyards and the 12th century medieval Durban Castle.Leisure Facilities
The villa has a private swimming pool and lovely terrace with a built-in stone cut barbecue. In the back garden there is a children's playground and sand area, surrounded by fencing and trees.
Private, located within a fenced and tree lined garden, it is overlooking
the unspoilt countryside and vineyards of the area. Surrounded by a paved
stone terrace with 4 sun loungers. This leads onto another garden area with
children's play area and another sun trapped terrace with table, chairs and
parasol - just lounge, sit, drink, relax!.
There is a stroller/pushchair available. In the sitting room you find a plasma screen TV with SKY Digital satellite, a DVD player, a selection of DVD's, CD player. Books on the area, cookery books and information on a wealth of places of interest and things to do during your stay are also available.
